OMTKY3 Substitution

We have developed the tools listed below to aid analysis of binding predictions for substitutions in the Kazal family inhibitor turkey ovomucoid third domain (OMTKY3).

• Predict binding for a specified sequence.
• Analyze the distribution over a set of possible substitutions.

The tools are based on an additive sequence-to-reactivity algorithm, published by Lu et al., PNAS 58:1410-1415, 2001 (PubMed).

Currently, only the data for P1 are publicly available, as published in the following:

• Lu et al., J. Mol. Biol. 226:441-461, 1997 (PubMed).
• Qasim et al., Biochemistry, in press, 2003 (on-line publication).

As data for more positions are published, the pages will be updated accordingly.
