2012 CHM 605 Final

8 am Friday 12/14/12 in WTHR 200.   
 

Exam will be all multiple choice, MCMA, and T/F, answered on machine graded ("Op-Scan" or "Scantron") scoresheets. 
BRING A PENCIL and be on time. 

It will last from 8 am for 2 hours or until whenever the people are all gone, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. 
If you arrive at 8:49 and we are all gone, it means that everybody got done before then and we all left.

You must get a 60% or higher on the final to pass. 

You may bring papers with you, printed and written materials that is. 

Three printed items (at least) will be provided for your use:

• the 21 p "reformatted Navy Z-1 table"
• a booklet of selected SDSs to which you will refer
• selected portions of 29 CFR 1910, i.e. portions of some of the "substance specific standards" in sections 1003 (13 carcinogens) through 1052 (methylene chloride)

No computers, no calculators, no music players or any listening devices.  No phone ringing or phone use.
