Safety Staff in Chemistry

Linda, 47063, swihart@purdue.edu, teaches CHM 605 inthe Fall semester, and co-chairs the Department of Chemistry Safety Committee. Contact her or request an appointment, e.g. for checking out of the Department as you are preparing to leave, making up a CHM 605 absence, or any other reason.

    Paul Bower

Paul coordinates the Physical and Analytical Chemistry instrumentation courses and manages the upper division labs in WTHR 168 and 175.  He dispenses the "key coupons" which are require for obtaining BRWN/WTHR keys.  Contact him at 765-494-5472 or pbower@purdue.edu

Radiological and Environmental Management is a department within Physical Facilities, made up of approximately 50 Purdue staff members who fill and support a consulting role in the areas of chemical, biological, and radioisotope waste, occupational safety training and auditing, construction health and safety, fire and safety equipment servicing, and injury prevention.
