Which name is your "last" name?

The "first name, last name" concept to which much of the world is accustomed is not completely familiar or obvious to many others.  There is not a "correct" way, simply different ways.

For the purposes of filling out forms at the chemsafety website, use the following instructions.

Go to the MailHub directory and click on "Update your directory listing."  (You're not going to update it, just look at it.)

Enter your career account information (User name and password)....

You will see a list of all of your information.  The "alias" and "lastname" and "name" fields are found here, and from my directory listing they look like this:

For training sign-up, enter your last name and aliasexactly as they appear in this Purdue directory.  You may take some liberty with how you enter your first name if you wish, for example if your name is Richard and you prefer Rick, fine, enter that.  If your name is Michelle Sarah and you go by Sarah, fine....
