Sample task-hazard-assessments

A complete Hazard Assessment (capital H and A) of a work area -- a work area defined by some unifier such as "PREP LAB OPS," or "The Fuchs Group" -- will consist of quite a number of task-hazard-assessments.  The samples given here may be included among yours as long as they are found to be appropriate, and printed, signed but the supervisor, and posted (and copies sent to Safety Director).
