Persons engaged in, or working in areas of "laboratory use of chemicals" must have  CHP training at the start of work, indicate by either a "CHP" or a combination of "CHP1" & "CHP2." 

Refresher training required every 5 years, is satisfied by CHP1.  CHM 605 (aka 605) counts as CHP. 

All others must have " HCP" within the last 12 months.  Annual refresher training is required and is indicated by a record of "HCP" or "HazComGen.":

Those who use personal protective equipment must have the appropriate PPE training (once, or more if needed).  Check your hazard assessment cert for PPE requirements from your supervisor.  IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO "REFRESH" YOUR PPE TRAINING UNLESS TOLD TO DO SO BY YOUR SUPERVISOR OR ANOTHER DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL
