Research interests of Dale
W. Margerum and his staff
include studies
of the kinetics and mechanisms of reactions in solution, the development
of new analytical methods to measure fast reactions,
and the characterization and analysis of reactive species. The systems
under investigation encompass bioinorganic, environmental,
and coordination chemistry as well as non-metal reactions in solution.
Research in this lab is supported in part
by National Science Foundation grants.
