Service Requests

    The Chemistry Shop submits Physical Facility Service Requests.  There are 3 different types available:

1.)  18 - No cost to the department, usually on building repairs.

2.)  18A - Cost to the department.  Requires an account number.  An 18A normally is good for projects about $1500.

3.)  P-59 - Request for estimate needed usually when a job is over $1500 or when a design is needed.
