INITIAL TRAINING (at time of beginning employment):

1. Complete the CHP1 online reading exercise (will open a new window) and follow all instructions for submitting the form and then printing the confirmation form that appears.  Follow the instructions on the confirmation form. 

2. Complete the PPE online reading exercises (will open a new window) for everything except "welding shades,"and follow all instructions.  There is a form to submit, and a confirmation form to print.... and follow the instructions on the confirmation form.

3. Sign up for and attend a CHP2  two-hour training meeting (actually it's 110 min, will open a new window). 

4. Complete the BEP training exercises (will open a new window)

REFRESHER TRAINING ANNUALLY -- complete PPE, BEP, and CHP1 training every March. Once you have finished each training session, supply the required information, print and sign/date the certificate forms. Give the signed forms to your supervisor, who will make sure they are sent to the appropriate person (Linda Swihart or Paul Bower).
