INITIAL TRAINING (at time of beginning employment):

1. Complete the Hazard Communication online module "Comprehensive Training." When you click this link you will be presented with a dialog box for your Purdue credentials. The module is large and slow to load, and will take over an hour. REM will send the training certificate in email.

2. Complete the PPE online reading exercises (will open a new window) for everything except "welding shades,"and follow all instructions.  There is a confirmation form to print.... and follow the instructions on the confirmation form.

3. Sign up for and attend a CHP2  110-min training meeting (will open a new window). 

4. Complete the BEP training exercises (will open a new window)

REFRESHER TRAINING ANNUALLY -- complete 1., 2., and 4. (HazCom "comprehensive," PPE, BEP) training annually between Jan 1 and March 31. Once you have finished each training session, supply the required information, print and sign/date the certificate forms. Completed forms must make their way to Paul Bower, WTHR 173.
