Using various biochemical techniques, our lab seeks fundamental insights into the physiochemical reactions that govern the proteostasis of integral membrane proteins, and how failure of these processes give rise to diseases states. We also endeavor to utilize new insights and methodological advances to address emerging challenges in precision medicine.
