Our group pioneers ligand-directed therapeutic strategies that precisely deliver cytotoxic payloads to defined cell populations, leveraging cell-specific targeting ligands to maximize efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity. As a highly interdisciplinary team, we engineer innovative treatments spanning cancer, autoimmune disorders, fibrosis, metabolic diseases, and rare conditions. Our portfolio includes the development of radioligand therapies, next-generation immunotherapies, and engineered cell-based platforms. Through active partnerships with pharmaceutical collaborators, we drive the translation of our discoveries from bench to bedside.
