Welcome to the χ lab. We develop novel optical spectroscopy and imaging technologies and apply them to study chemistry in living samples. We use chemical imaging to answer questions in biological and medical sciences and develop new diagnostic and treatment strategies for human diseases. We are also exploring new opportunities for chemical imaging in material and environmental sciences.
