HubMap: Molecular Atlas of Human Tissues
Collaboration with PNNL (Piehowski, Burnum-Johnson), Marquette (Ye), Vanderbilt (Spraggins)
We are part of the HubMap Consortium focused on establishing a molecular atlas of human tissues. In this project, we have developed high-throughput nano-DESI MSI approaches using rapid scanning and deep learning-driven dynamic sparse sampling. We have also correlated nano-DESI MSI with nanoPOTS proteomics imaging along with autofluorescence and immunofluorescence imaging to obtain detailed maps of lipids, metabolites, and proteins in human pancreas, heart, and kidney.
