A successful approach to high-throughput reaction screening requires reliable tools. The comprehensive line of photoredox catalysis and parallel synthesis reaction blocks is designed specifically for high-throughput screening (HTS) applications. Each reaction block includes silicone mats for compression sealing and PFA films to prevent glass vials from sticking to the mats during heating. This sealing method has been validated to maintain less than 5% solvent loss, even during prolonged heating.

The Lumidox® II system leverages recent advances in LED technology to deliver higher optical and radiometric power across a broad range of wavelengths, amplitudes, and device footprints. The collection includes LED arrays with expanded options and the LumLamp for experimental applications. All illumination devices are operated through the Lumidox II controller.

Lumidox II Controllers are manufactured in-house. Optical power levels are provided in easy to read, easy to calculate, whole numbers. Simply scroll through the menu to select your desired output. An onboard illumination elapsed timer is provided, as well as a countdown to automatic shut off timer. LED Arrays and LumLamps are custom tuned in-house and provide 5 individually calibrated and configured levels of optical power. Arrays and LumLamps are not unique to controllers. Their calibration data is stored onboard, allowing users to use different arrays or LumLamps with one controller (only one device at a time per controller).

TrueTaper® 1 mL and 2 mL 96-well collection plates are designed for maximum sample recovery. The tapered bottom provides a higher meniscus compared to standard well geometries, offering benefits such as improved pipetting of lower volumes, reduced evaporation, easier liquid–liquid extractions, and more efficient injections with less dead volume. The 1 mL plate includes a 50 µL tapered bottom, while the 2 mL plate includes a 100 µL tapered bottom. Plates are manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene and can be sterilized, packed, or OEM-rebranded upon request.

Efficient sample concentration at high throughput scale requires precise control of gas flow and evaporation dynamics. While single-sample evaporation methods are well established, scaling up to 24-, 48-, or 96-well formats introduces challenges in achieving uniform concentration across all wells. An effective blowdown device must maintain balanced pressure and velocity distribution to ensure consistent evaporation across the entire plate. Internal flow equalizers help deliver symmetrical gas output through all needle ports, providing reproducible results without the need for additional gas input or plate heating.

The Alligator Magnetic Vertical Tumble Stirrer utilizes patented stir-cylinder technology (U.S. Patent #6,176,609) to efficiently mix multiple samples across various vessel types, including tubes, vials, bottles, and microplates. Unlike traditional magnetic stirrers that rotate stir bars horizontally, this system induces vertical, end-over-end tumbling of stir elements within each well or container. The stirrer accommodates microplates of any format or volume, including V- and U-bottom designs, as well as PCR plates, microcentrifuge tubes, test tubes, syringes, vials, bottles, and custom troughs or reservoirs.

The Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac™ SPD140DDA vacuum concentrator provides rapid and reliable sample processing for concentration or drying of solutes, analytes, and residues, while ensuring complete sample recovery. The system combines external vacuum pressure with centrifugal motion to promote efficient solvent evaporation without foaming or sample loss. Integrated chamber heating offsets evaporative cooling for faster drying, and an optional vapor condensation trap enables near-complete solvent recovery. The unit includes an advanced front panel with dual timers for both manual and automatic operation, along with preset and user-defined programs for storing and retrieving application protocols.
