Hannah is an inorganic chemist with expertise in boron-based homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts for biomass deoxygenation. At Purdue, her group is focused on inorganic lab development and strategies to improve undergraduate education through evidence-based practices such as active learning. Additionally, she is working to develop better training for graduate and undergraduate teaching assistants in the department.
