WiTec Alpha300 AFM / Raman
The WITec Alpha 300 can do AFM and scanning Raman spectroscopy. Each function can be done independently but the advantage of this instrument is that after obtaining an AFM image of a particular area, Raman spectroscopy can be performed which can provide a chemical analysis of the same area.
