Poster Presenter Information

· Poster session will be held in Stewart Center (STEW) 214.

· Each poster board display surface is 4-foot-high by 6-foot-wide.

· Poster boards and push pins will be provided.

· Posters can be set up from 8:30am - 8:50am on Thursday, April 23.

· Poster boards will be numbered and assigned. An email will be sent out to all poster presenters around April 14 with the assigned poster numbers.

· There will be TWO poster sessions scheduled on Thursday, April 23.

The 1st poster session / coffee break begins at 10:00am.

The 2nd poster session /coffee break begins at 3:30pm.

· Posters MUST be set up BEFORE the 1st poster session at 10am.

· The poster award winners will be announced at the reception that begins at 5:30pm in Stewart Center (STEW) 302.

· Posters MUST be removed from STEW 214 BEFORE 7pm
