To obtain keys to the Chemistry Buildings, online safety training needs to be completed by following this link: Safety Training

Key checkout procedure:

• Print form CHP1 & PPE for labs with chemicals; otherwise HCP & BEP.
• Obtain Key Request form from Maintenance Shop WTHR 141.
• Faculty member must sign all forms.
• Deliver safety forms to WTHR 173 to receive Training Completion Coupon.
• Deliver training coupon and key request form to WTHR 141 to receive your key(s).
