This extinguisher is filled with a mixture which is largely sodium chloride (83-88%), also containing 5-8% "saran," aka Vinylidene Chloride-Acrylonitrile Copolymer(80/20) [9010-76-8], 4-7% attapulgite clay (aka Fuller's Earth, magnesium aluminum silicate [8031-18-3]), and < 3% magnesium stearate.
