Those approved to get a key to the PLCN room must complete an introductory safety awareness training called Hazard Communication training.
The preferred way to do this is to complete the online module and submit the form at its end, then print the confirmation form which appears and have this signed by Dr. Bishop.
Take a copy of the signed confirmation form to Paul Bower in WTHR 173. He will file it with the safety training records. Show the original at the key dispensary WTHR 140 when you take your (signed by Dr. Bishop) key request form, and you will be allowed to check out a key.
